Objective
The Group's investment policy is to conduct an orderly realisation of the assets of the Company, to be effected in a manner which seeks to maximise value for Ordinary Shareholders.
On 30th April 2012 the Ordinary shares were suspended and following shareholder approval at a general meeting on the same date, Ernst & Young were appointed as Liquidator to the Company. A RIS announcement to this effect can be viewed below by clicking the link "Results of General Meeting". The Liquidator will seek to cancel the Company's listing on the official List of the UK Listing Authority in due course but in any event not before 31 May 2012.
